Before moving to Los Angeles in 2012, John had been negotiating on the seller's behalf since 1983 in the Boston suburbs. He grew up in Brockton, MA—known as the "City of Champions."
A blue-collar city with a great sports history and boxing champions Rocky Marciano (undefeated at 49-0) and Marvelous Marvin Hagler who retired with 62 wins and 52 by KO.

South of Boston was always a very active market, and it was there that John grew into the niche market of Probate Real Estate.
Marketing these homes requires a working knowledge of probate law. Often there is a need to prepare a home for sale that needs repairs or minor updating. When there is no access to funds or contractors, John can arrange an advance of funds.
